Tape lines show through paint when a joint isn't feathered wide enough. We re-tape where needed and feather each seam flat.
Nail and screw pops
Fasteners back out as the framing dries and moves. We set new fasteners and patch the pop so it stays hidden.
Patches that show after painting
A patch left rough or thick shows as a raised or shiny spot. We sand it flat and feather it into the wall so it's ready for paint.
